Enquiries and sales continue to be strong into April and May and so does positive feedback from our customers. Each month we select customers at random and ask them to rate the service they have received.

This month when we asked if customers were satisfied with our speed of response to their enquiry we found that customers were satisfied but there were fewer that were extremely satisfied than previously. This is not something that surprises us, in the last few months we have been incredibly busy. This has meant that we have not been able to get back to customers with quotes as quickly as they would want.

We have been lucky recently to have Bob French come back to the sales team after he retired a few years ago. This should help us to process enquiries a lot quicker and to improve customer satisfaction with response times next month.

Satisfaction with both speed of delivery and overall service was found to be very good. This is really pleasing for us given how busy we are at the moment, it shows how well our staff are able to cope with big increases in demand and still be able to meet delivery dates.

When asked whether customers would recommend us over 80% of people said they would be extremely likely to do so and 100% of customers said we were better than a profiler they have recently used.
