This month we have recorded another high level of satisfaction with 75% of customers giving us a 4 out of 5 and 25% giving us 5 out of 5. The same results were recorded for satisfaction on the speed of our delivery. Satisfaction with the speed of response to enquiry was rated as 5 out of 5 by 75% of respondents and 25% gave us 4 out of 5. We achieved a score of 100% better when we asked customers if we were better or worse than a profiler and the majority of our customer said they would recommend us to colleagues.
