August Customer Feedback

This month we have again achieved a good level of customer satisfaction with 88% satisfied with the speed of response to enquiry, 88% satisfied with speed of delivery and 100% satisfied with the overall level of service they received.

75% of respondents said we were better than a profiler they had recently used. Finally, 88% said they would recommend us to a friend or colleague. When moving into the school holiday period we tend to see customers shutting down for 1-2 weeks, this normally results in a slowdown of orders, so far however customer orders remain strong. We have delivered a good level of satisfaction in the last month with many of our staff on annual leave, by managing leave in the coming months we will be able to continue to meet customer expectations.
