The results from Octobers customer survey show that we have again achieved a high level of customer satisfaction across all our metrics. 90.1% of customers were satisfied with speed of response to their enquiry and the same with the speed of our delivery while 100% were more than satisfied with the overall service they received. We were rated 100% better than previous profilers our customers have used and the majority of customers said they would recommend us to their colleagues.
