January 2018 Customer Feedback

This month has picked up from where 2017 ended with customer feedback showing that we are still providing high levels of customer satisfaction and service. 80% of customers we supplied this month said our speed of response met their expectations, 80% were happy with the speed of delivery and 80% also said they were satisfied overall with the service they received. Overall 100% of customers said we were better than other profilers they had used recently.
