Customer feedback for 2018
Feedback for March 2018 from customers we supplied showed that we continued to provide our customers with a positive experience that meets their expectations. We achieved a score of 100% satisfaction with the speed of response to customers enquiries. 75% of customers rated there satisfaction with delivery speeds as 5 out of 5 and 25% as 4 of our 5. 87.5% rated their overall satisfaction as 5 out of 5 and 12.5% 4 out of 5. 100% of customers indicated that they felt we compared better to other profilers they had used recently.
