We have had another good month in terms of feedback from customers with the majority reporting that they are either satisfied or extremely satisfied with the overall service they have received and the speed of response to their enquiry. We have been able to improve the speed we respond to requests for quotes by bringing in some support for our sales team which has worked really well.
We had one customer say they were extremely disappointed with the speed of delivery of their order although the majority were satisfied or extremely satisfied. With this customer we are looking into the cause of the problem and will make any changes needed to improve our service in the future. In the last few months we have experienced a significant increase in demand from customers for both flame cutting and lumsden grinding. Staff across the business have worked incredibly hard to make sure we have been able to keep the vast majority of customer delivery dates.

Compared to other flame cutting firms 77% of those who responded said we compared better to other profilers they have recently used and 66% of customers said they would recommend us.

 Please ensure when quoting, a lead time is quoted and if the quote includes transport or is ex works, ideally carriage included to avoid confusion

 Sometimes I have to have a minimum order. this isn’t always possible. my orders vary in price and size, but never get my profiles from anywhere else.
